Project Supervisor | $3.5k + Annual & Variable Bonus

MNC Basic up to $3,500 + Annual & Variable Bonus Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Saturdays, 8:30am – 12:30pm (Only once a month after confirmation) Location: Farrer Park Responsibilities: Support the department in managing workers and overseeing projects related to Pumps & Systems and/or cooling towers for commercial and industrial applications. Organize and coordinate work activities at construction sites, including scheduling tasks, planning duty rosters, and implementing safety measures. Supervise workers, monitor project progress, and provide updates to management. Liaise with relevant stakeholders and assist with on-site rectification work. Transport workers to and from job sites. Requirements: Relevant qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering . Min. 1 year of working experience in the construction industry . Prior experience in supervising a team of workers , familiarity with work scheduling and duty roster planning is preferred. Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license.
