Job Responsibilities Work together with technical and functional teams to implement and support applications required by the organization's various service units. Support the management of project deliverables and business requirements. Simplify procedures and make use of automation and technology to increase productivity and operational effectiveness. Serve as the primary point of contact for system support, application enhancements, and implementations, including troubleshooting and problem-solving as they occur. Closely collaborate with the team, end users, and vendors to complete IT application system projects and enhancements on schedule, under budget, and with high quality. Requirements Accredited degree or diploma in information technology, computer science, or a related field. At least one year of IT experience. Proficiency in project implementation and communication with vendors and stakeholders.
