Procurement and Logistics Executive

JOB SCOPE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES A. PURCHASING Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery capabilities. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure optimal cost efficiency and compliance with project requirements. Prepare Commercial Bid Evaluation and Issue Purchase Order. Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials. Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and ensure alignment with company goals. Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing. B. LOGISTICS Liaise with the Client's Logistics department to understand requirements and ensure smooth accomplishment of projects. Ensure that all shipments comply with legal regulations and company policies regarding safety and environmental standards. Manage inventory control, storage, and dispatch of goods. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery, providing status updates to relevant stakeholders. Liaise with Vendors on shipping information and track the progress of delivery. Check the submission of shipping documents from the Vendor and obtain Client's clearance prior to shipment. Coordinate with the warehouse on all crating and packing of materials. Match Invoices (Forwarders / Courier). Any other tasks as assigned from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS Diploma in logistics/supply chain or relevant field. 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics roles. Experience in the water industry is a plus.
