Job details
We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer for a Armoured Vehicle Designer role in Pretoria.
MUST:
Have at least 5 years' experience in the design and development of Military Vehicles - Mechanical Design aspects. Have a Bachelors Degree in either of the following:- Mechanical Engineering;
- Automotive Engineering;
- Industrial Engineering/Design.
Have extensive knowledge of MIL-STD and NATO specifications in design.
Preferably have an overall understanding of powertrains, armour and electronics used in Military Vehicle design.
Have a strong understanding of the various materials utilised in Military Vehicle manufacturing and the overall design, testing and manufacturing process.
RSA Citizen.
