- Are you an experienced Business Process Analyst looking for an exciting 12 month contract opportunity? Join a leading bank's IT department to drive business process excellence and support key initiatives.
- B Degree or equivalent (e.g., BTech/BSc/BCom in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Research).
- Diploma in Business Analysis
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in business analysis.
- Proven expertise in business process mapping, modelling, analysis, and re-engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) domain.
- Experience with BPM maturity definition, assessment, and development.
- Knowledge, experience, or qualifications in Financial Markets advantageous
- Identifying and engaging with stakeholders impacted by initiatives or business needs.
- Planning and executing comprehensive business analysis activities.
- Conducting detailed workflow analyses and consulting with business units to understand objectives, drivers, and structures.
- Eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating requirements for process or system changes.
- Investigating issues, proposing solutions, and analyzing feasibility.
- Collaborating with technical teams to document system specifications, monitor implementation, and ensure alignment with requirements.
- Managing quality, change specifications, and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business needs
- Develop and execute a Business Analysis Work Plan.
- Create detailed Business Process Documentation using BPMN in ADOIT for core, support, and management processes.
- Produce:
- Business Process Technology Documentation.
- Change Request Documents (where applicable).
- BPM Maturity Assessment Reports, Development Strategies, and Capability Proposals.
- Prepare training materials and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
