Support Scope Below are the minimum guidelines on the type of supported scope, which may increase over time: Troubleshooting and problem resolution; Administration and configuration; End user account management; End user device hardening and lockdown; Perform software distribution via SCCM to endpoint machines; Troubleshooting issues related to task sequence, software, and security patches deployments; Communicate to the users on the new security patch release; Coordinate scheduling of security patch deployments. Supported Devices Below are the minimum guidelines on the type of supported devices: Desktops; Notebooks. Qualification of Candidate Minimum one (1) year of EUCD support, ICT end user computing, or service desk agent experience with networking and system administration experience, as well as exposure in project management in ICT projects; Experience managing enterprise-level Group Policy is preferred; Demonstrated knowledge and skills operating Microsoft Active Directory in a large, complex organization; Possess excellent communication skills to demonstrate and present solutions to the customer, with proper documentation for future troubleshooting and analysis; Basic understanding of SCCM infrastructure (site server roles, DP servers, boundaries); Working knowledge in OSD, software, and security patch deployments; Knowledge in troubleshooting issues related to deployments via SCCM; Possess at least one (1) of the following certifications or their equivalent: CompTIA A+; CompTIA Security+; CompTIA Network+; Microsoft Certified: Windows Client; Microsoft Certified: Managing Modern Desktops.
