Executive, Communication and Fund Raising

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's communication and fundraising efforts, playing a crucial part in supporting the organisation's mission and growth. What you'll be doing Develop and implement effective communication strategies to raise awareness of the company's initiatives and drive engagement with key stakeholders. Lead the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, leveraging various channels and techniques to maximise donations and support. Collaborate with the marketing and public relations teams to create compelling content and materials to promote the company's work. Manage relationships with donors, sponsors, and other partners to secure ongoing funding and support for the organisation. Monitor and analyse the performance of communication and fundraising activities, using data-driven insights to continuously improve and refine strategies. Support the coordination of events and activities related to the company's fundraising and community engagement efforts. What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a fundraising, communication, or marketing role, preferably in the non-profit or community services sector. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content. Proven track record in developing and executing successful fundraising campaigns, with a focus on increasing donor engagement and revenue. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders. Proficient in using digital marketing and social media platforms to drive awareness and engagement. Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
