Business Development Manager Job Description The ideal candidate: Identifies opportunities to grow overall business revenue and brand image through adoption of various marketing mechanisms. Actively engages in competitive analysis of market trends in Singapore and Asia to extend strategic business development initiatives. Conducts business opportunity research to propagate enhanced patronage through the launch of new products. Establishes contacts with players from other companies within the same industry to promote franchising opportunities and increase brand outreach locally and within Asia. Keeps track of the latest competitor developments and recommends changes accordingly. Builds and manages a team of business development executives to develop and enhance a networked outreach. Establishes, develops, and executes a Customer Loyalty Program through email, SMS, phone (cold-calling), and social media marketing mechanisms. Responsible for developing corporate clientele and negotiating a range of standard and non-standard B2B customer requests. Researches organizations to find new customers and identify key decision makers to promote services and products. Identifies, proposes, and executes potential business deals such as tender biddings, corporate catering orders, and partnerships with event management firms. Possesses an in-depth understanding of food processing and manufacturing financial costs. Experienced with a strong understanding of Google AdWords to propagate and monitor marketing initiatives closely. Keeps abreast of the latest market information to better align the business with changing market trends and requirements. Follows up on quotation requests to facilitate sales growth. Forecasts sales targets and ensures they are met. Engages in up-selling and cross-selling of products and services. Actively seeks and builds a network of commissionable introducers to enhance patronage. Attends events, conferences, and ceremonies to identify operational streamline possibilities. Prepares business proposals and offer letters to prospective partners and collaborators. Job Requirements Academic Qualifications: Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with 4 years of experience or Bachelors In Business Administration (BBA) with 3 years of work experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
