Operations Executive (Singapore office)

About the role Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our FMCG division team in our Singapore office. This is a full-time role located in the Kallang Central Region. As the Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless running of our Singapore operations with Elitez FMCG department. What you'll be doing Liaise and coordinate with different departments (Sales and Logistics) and Business Units to ensure smooth execution of projects. Support the Project management function with various tasks, such as manpower sourcing, planning and confirmation of deployment, clients' product training and SOP briefing, supervision and visiting of in-store activations. Manage post project administrative matters (reports, payroll, reviews and meetings with clients). Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the leadership team. What we're looking for At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
