Part-Time Marketing Executive (4 months contract) - Web/Social Media Integration

Salary: $2800 to $3200 Duration: 4 months contract (cover maternity) Location: Shenton Way, OUE Downtown Work days: 2.5 to 3 days a week Responsibilities: Reports directly to the CEO Integration of all digital marketing platforms of 3 entities into 1 amalgamated entity Generate and analyse regular reports of marketing metrics and performance and submit to CEO Execution and roll-out GSM (brand guide) Detailed Tasks: O2 Website Integration & Consolidation

• Coordinate on the website integration including logo and enquiry form changes, as well as appointment booking process by 1 Feb 2025.
• Liaise with the agency and obtain approval for content and upload new content pages monthly.
• Consolidate monthly metrics and report to CEO.

O2 Social Media Integration & Content Management

• Confirm social content plans under one brand upon integration by 1 Feb 2025.
• Obtain approval on content and monitor publishing schedules.
• Consolidate monthly metrics and report to CEO.

Brand Execution

• Comply with brand guide and roll out all branding collaterals by 1 Feb 2025.
• Monitor and supervise the usage of branding elements.
