Job details
Job Responsibilities Assist in handling employee related matters such as employee welfare, feedback/grievances. Participate in recruitment activities as required, including involvement in relevant job fairs. Assist with organization of company-wide events, such as birthday parties and Christmas activities. Assist the business team leader in focusing on the growth of new employees and managing the probationary period effectively. Assist in the maintenance and procurement of office supplies and equipment. Assist in the calculation and distribution of salaries, and make CPF contributions for employees. Requirements Minimum Diploma in Business, Human Resources or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience. Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations of Singapore, and ability to manage personnel based on local cultural differences. Good command of spoken Chinese is a plus (to liaise with our Subsidiaries team in China/HK). Reliable, flexible, and adaptable individual who is able to work independently.
