Job Responsibilities: To assist the HSEQ division in maintaining certifications, accreditations and management system matters for Singapore and regional countries. To co-ordinate and administrate audits (both internal and external), training and related communication etc. To assist on regional and corporate audits, technical, ethical and other compliance related matters. To help co-ordinate second and third-party assessments and audits, deal with all second party (customer) enquiries and correspondence on management system related matters. To assist in maintaining policies, manuals, procedures and other documents for the efficient functioning of implemented management system. Ensure all work is done in accordance to the Company's Code of Business Conduct & Ethics. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management. Job Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or Diploma in any related fields. Experience in management standards such as ISO 9001, 45001, 17020, 17021, 17025. Experience in quality assurance and/or health and safety systems will be advantageous. We seek fresh graduates or Mandarin-speaking candidates with some prior experience to serve Mandarin-speaking clients/stakeholders and to handle the relevant paperwork.
