Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to lead and guide Agile teams through the implementation phase of projects. The ideal candidate will have successfully managed a minimum of two full implementation projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Support the development team in achieving their goals by removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment. Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and principles throughout the implementation phase. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the product backlog. Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Act as a servant-leader to the Agile team, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master, with at least two full-cycle Agile implementation projects managed. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification is required. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
