Position: Senior / Executive – Operations (Acute Care) Department: Operations Job Description: Working in a multi-disciplinary team, you will be involved in the management of the operations and administrative functions of a contact centre and a clinical department to deliver a shared goal and overall strategic objectives. Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless workflow in an operational department. Assist in the development and implementation of clinical services and programmes while ensuring compliance to the standards of operations. Conduct data analysis, proposal writing, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Generate performance reports and track various KPIs, reporting regular results to stakeholders. Conduct periodic reviews and updates of existing procedures and policies to improve service delivery and quality improvement. Requirements: Competency: Task oriented and able to multi-task. Strong analytical skills. Strong communication and written skills. Educational and Professional Requirements: A good degree, preferably in Business Administration/Studies/Management, Engineering, or a Healthcare related discipline. Minimum 2 years in Operations/Administration/Data Analysis. Relevant experience in the healthcare sector will be an advantage.
