Job details
Responsibilities: Resolve incidents and problems following defined processes and procedures. Responsible for planning and managing operational projects as required by the customer. Needs to arrive at solutions for a given problem/task using established procedures and past experience. Asset Management (if applicable). Provide VIP Support, Meeting Support, Data Center Support, Network/Server related support, and Ad-hoc application support. Contribute to Knowledge Base (KB). Requirements: Excellent English abilities. More than 1 year of IT support related experience, with VIP Support, Meeting Support, Data Center Support, or Network/Server related support experience preferred.
