Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated vision systems for production. Conduct electrical and electronic design work, ensuring safety and operational standards. Develop new machine programs, modify existing software, and integrate them into vision systems. Create and execute test plans, perform integration and system testing to meet software requirements. Implement technical architecture for auto-visual inspection systems, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. Review electrical and electronic documents and drawings for accuracy. Create and maintain technical documentation and manuals for software support and reuse. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., machine design engineers) during project planning. Provide regular status updates on individual project responsibilities. Offer technical support to operations and development teams, resolving technical issues. Participate in continuous improvement programs to enhance production efficiency and reliability. Qualifications: Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Science. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Skills: Experience with vision system databases. Knowledge of cameras, lighting, and lenses for defect detection and part location. Proficient in programming languages: Visual C#, WPF, C++, Python. Familiarity with PLC systems (e.g., CTC, Beckhoff), controllers, and motors (servo, stepper). Ability to interpret wiring/cabling diagrams and apply load/temperature requirements.
