Roles & Responsibilities Lead with Creativity Drive the creative vision for our brands, ensuring every design element is purposeful, beautiful, and resonant with audiences. Oversee projects from concept to execution, including digital campaigns, brand identities, environmental graphics, packaging, and merchandise. Collaborate closely with marketing and other business units in the organization to ensure designs align with strategy and deliver a strong emotional connection with audiences. Transform Social Media Elevate our presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube by creating bold, engaging, and thumb-stopping content. Design visuals and campaigns that tell stories, spark conversations, and bring the excitement of live events to life online. Stay ahead of trends in social media and digital design, ensuring our content remains fresh, relevant, and innovative. Celebrate Sports & Entertainment Infuse your passion for sports, entertainment and culture into everything you create. Craft visuals that capture the energy of a packed stadium, the joy of shared moments, and the pride of supporting our home teams. Understand our audiences from sports fans to music lovers to young families with kids and design experiences that resonate deeply with them. Inspire Teams & Partners Mentor and guide a team of designers, freelancers, and external agencies, helping them reach new creative heights. Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, championing a shared vision for what our brand can achieve. Keep projects on track and on budget, while inspiring those around you to push boundaries and think big. Qualifications 10–15 years of experience in design leadership, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, digital campaigns, social media content, and branding. A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with motion graphics or 3D design tools. Experience working in or designing for sports, entertainment, or lifestyle industries. A strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and make data-driven decisions.
