SAP Project Manager

Job Description Lead in complex project/s throughout the global enterprise. Lead project team members in the design, development, and delivery of technology and business solutions. Prepare meeting minutes, weekly presentations, and daily tasks. Work closely with stakeholders, steering committee, resource managers, vendors, business and IT teams, senior management, and executives across different time zones. Build schedules, establish communication plans, manage risks/issues, and measure or report project results. Facilitate creative efforts to resolve issues and develop quality deliverables to achieve corporate objectives. Partner with stakeholders and teams to prioritize project requirements and issue resolutions to ensure successful delivery of project scope. Lead requirements gathering, defining functional/systems dependencies and managing system(s) implementation. Collaborate closely with the global PMO to ensure project execution follows and adheres to project delivery methodology. Min. Required Skills and Experience Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project implementation as well as in support projects. Able to work independently, given assigned tasks. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. Tenacious and willing to work extra hours on some occasions to complete tasks. Experience with SAP ECC6 / S4HANA implementation. Experience in Project Management with PM Certifications (PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent). Good knowledge of SAP Standard processes such as SAP Activate methodology. Advanced skills in Data & Analytics tools (i.e., Excel Pivot, VBA, BI, or others). Experience in a Professional Services industry and corporate industry. Experience with requirements gathering, customer or stakeholder relationship management, issue and risk management, project and organizational change management, and IT vendor and partner management. Knowledge of IT infrastructure and architectural technology concepts and components would be an advantage. Drive projects from original concept through final implementation and smooth handover to the ongoing support team. Good communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
