Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support for both local and remote users, ensuring smooth daily operations. Monitor and maintain end-user devices, including installations, configurations, and updates. Manage IT assets, inventory tracking, tech refreshes, and preventive maintenance. Oversee IT procurement processes, including vendor coordination and cost management. Maintain accurate IT asset records and ensure stock availability for end-user needs. Support and implement system updates and new technologies to improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with software licensing requirements through routine audits. Assist in IT-related projects and handle ad-hoc IT tasks as assigned. Requirements Diploma or higher in Information Technology or related fields. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in the healthcare sector. Proven expertise in task tracking and resolving IT issues efficiently. Strong knowledge of IT asset management and procurement processes. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
