Salary: $4000 - $4800 Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Mon-Fri) Motorcycles manufacturers | USA MNC Minimum 1-2 years of related Operations, Order Management, and Logistics experience Responsibilities: Handle fulfilment of vehicle requirements through pipelines (e.g., requested order management or through distribution models) Ensure integrity and exception management and oversight of Parts, Accessories (P&A), and Apparel and Licensing (A&L) order processes Ensure order processing and supply chain management comply with company policies and procedures Ensure alignment with go-to-market (GTM) strategies affecting vehicle/part visibility, sales orders, exclusions, inventory allocation, and dealer-facing SAP portal Manage order-to-cash (OTC) processes and handle exceptions Investigation and adjudication of disputes arising from returns and shipping damage Schedule bi-annual dealer ordering data via online web platform Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when new and/or improved systems need to be implemented Liaise with internal and external cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency Liaise with service providers to maintain expected service levels in freight management, transportation management, and warehouse management Requirements: Degree preferred in related discipline Working knowledge of SAP ECC6 or equivalent ERP systems; Super Users/SAP preferred (SD/MM module) Familiar with supply chain, preferably in automotive/electronics/retail or fast fashion sectors Familiar with running RPA preferred Knowledge and experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be an advantage Familiar with MS Office Fluent in written and spoken English Interested applicants are welcome to apply online with updated Resume/CV via Apply Now button Only shortlisted candidates will be notified Mui Jia Rong (Darren) Registration No: R2196673#J-18808-Ljbffr
