Act as key project team members charged with the analysis of client and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development, and may consult on testing and deployment processes. Serve as technology leads for specific technologies and propose enhancements based on deep knowledge of these technologies. Write reports and proposals and maintain project documentation. Assist with documenting standard operating procedures related to installations and fixes. Manage BlackBerry Administration Service Account Administration (provisioning, creating, deleting, remote wipe of user accounts). Coach and mentor junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians. Coordinate the activities of Engineers in line with performance targets. Manage Symantec PGP Universal account Administration console and Symantec Altiris Endpoint Management. Provide third line telephonic, remote, and on-site support and problem management as needed. Participate in higher complexity design work, with expected input to the design. Take ownership of relevant technologies according to domain or specialization. Configure and deploy Cisco IP Phones 7940G, 7945G, 7961G. Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, phone hardware (Cisco IP Phone), iPhone & Android systems, and network operating problems, providing resolution. Required Experience: At least 8 – 10 years of professional technical experience related to networking and infrastructure within a large-scale (preferably multi-national) technology service environment. Hands-on expertise with networking and security solutions (e.g., Cisco Firepower, Fortinet, Palo Alto, TrendMicro or equivalent security solution, Cisco/Meraki, HP, Huawei routers and switches, ISE, Clearpass NAC solutions, etc.). Experience in designing and building complex LAN and large WAN. Expertise in routing/switching technology, including BGP, OSPF, etc. Experience in designing and building complex data center networks with Software Defined Networking (SDN) solutions such as SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, VMware NSX, or any OpenFlow protocol. Experience in designing and building complex WLAN (Cisco/Meraki/ Aruba/ Alcatel/ Juniper Mist). Experience in installation and management of Exchange Server and Lync Server. Extensive experience in Network Access Control (ISE/ Aruba ClearPass). Extensive hands-on experience with LAN switches (Cisco N9K, Alcatel Omni Switches, Juniper EX switches). Extensive hands-on Wireless site survey; post & pre heatmap generation. Experience in designing and building complex campus networks with Software Defined Access (SDA) solutions from Cisco or other SDA vendors. Experience in network automation via scripting (e.g., Python, Ruby) or tools (e.g., Ansible, Algosec, Chef). Experience in designing and building network security solutions (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, FortiGate, Cisco firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN, SSL), and Content Networking (cache, load balancer, F5, etc.). At least one certification in Cisco and Microsoft. Experience in project management methodologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
