Job Summary As a Senior Consultant, you will lead our consulting division and set strategic direction aligned with our company's mission and goals. You will manage a team of consultants, ensuring they meet performance objectives and career development goals. Your role will also involve building strong relationships with key clients, driving business development initiatives, and overseeing project execution. Roles & Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Develop and implement strategies to grow the consulting division's market presence and client base. Build a collaborative and high-performing culture within the consulting team. Manage, coach, and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring they meet performance objectives and career development goals. Lead the consulting division and set strategic direction aligned with the company's mission and goals. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns and managing expectations. Understand client needs and business challenges to deliver tailored solutions that drive results. Oversee client engagement, including the delivery of consulting services, project timelines, and quality of work. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Business Development & Sales Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies. Drive business development initiatives to attract new clients and expand the company's consulting portfolio. Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients. Identify new market opportunities, trends, and areas for growth in consulting services. Project Oversight & Execution Ensure that consulting methodologies and best practices are followed by the team. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution. Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient and effective project delivery. Oversee the execution of consulting projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. Operational Management Implement processes and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of consulting operations. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Monitor and report on the performance of the consulting team and projects. Develop and manage budgets for the consulting division, ensuring profitability. Team Development Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional growth. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members. Recruit, train, and develop top talent within the consulting division. Financial Management Manage pricing strategies for consulting services to ensure competitiveness and profitability. Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure financial and operational goals are met. Oversee financial performance of the consulting division, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. Reporting & Analysis Analyze business trends, client feedback, and project outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present reports on project status, financials, and team performance. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the performance of the consulting division. Requirements: Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (required). Master's degree or MBA (preferred). Experience Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a consulting firm or a similar professional services environment. At least 7-10 years of experience in consulting, with 3+ years in a management or director-level position. Strong experience in client management, business development, and consulting project delivery. A track record of driving growth and profitability in a consulting practice.
