Key Responsibilities: Handling correspondence from Headquarters Support card member by providing tourist and local information, reservation work and assistance with all credit card related matters Always follow up on requests made by customers Deal with all enquiries as well as complaints made by customers in a professional and courteous manner on the telephone, online via Line or via email Keep current promotion, tourist and local information provided for the card member up to date Carry out the Sales promotion by offering good and attractive privileges or information to the card member Maintain and improve the relationships with current merchants and establish the relationships with new merchants Manage the day-to-day operation of Lounge The ideal candidate will possess the following: Experience in the hospitality industry Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle demanding customers Good knowledge of all tourist-related requirements and credit card matters Intermediate PC skills Good negotiation and communication skills in Japanese as the role involves dealing with Japanese clients Good writing skills If you believe you fit the requirements for the role, please click APPLY NOW or drop an email to cheryl.poh@ambition.com.sg.
