Job Title: Chief Steward

A senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the Back of House Team to deliver exceptional Guest and Member experiences. Key responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, maintaining cleanliness standards, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a skilled Back of House team to maintain rigorous cleanliness standards and adhere to cleaning schedules.
• Coordinate the flow and supply of operating equipment for bars, banquets, and restaurants.
• Oversee the cleanliness of all food and beverage outlets and the Team Restaurant.
• Ensure the Stewarding Team understands compliance regulations impacting sanitation and hygiene.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and collaborate with banqueting functions for accurate plate preparation.
• Foster collaboration across departments to ensure items are available for service.

Compensation:
