Executive (Research & Analytics) Healthcare Industry Positive working environment Duration: 6 months (01 Feb – 31 July 2025) Working Location: West, Jurong East Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday) Overview and Purpose of this position To support the custodians of the Hospital and Community Transitional Care Models (HCTCM) databases to analyse and draw insights from the data extracted from Healthcare Campus’s clinical database for health services research and quality improvement. Job Duties Collaborate with clinical leads to facilitate the evaluation of HCTCM projects at healthcare Campus. Assist HCTCM clinical lead in choosing suitable PROMs. Support in data collection for patients’ reported outcome and costs for full cycle of care, and track their follow-up. Engage in Electronic PROMs/ REDCap database activities. Lead in database management and preparation for conducting programme evaluation, including data extraction, data linkage and data aggregation from different data sources. Lead or assist database protocol; and ensure proper research design and compliance with local laws, cluster policies and Disease Specific Research Board (DSRB) Standards. Provide operations support to Assistant Director and Project manager. Grant representative for HCTCM healthcare Fund. Processing grant-related documentation accurately and timely and crafting quarterly progress reports for healthcare Fund. Requirements Good Postgraduate / Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Sociology, Engineering or Healthcare disciplines. Good statistical and data management skills. Good project management and organisational skills, able to handle multiple tasks. Motivated and self-driven, able to work independently and as a good team player as part of a multidisciplinary team. Proficient in MS office applications. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders.
