Job Overview A leading Architectural Consultant firm seeks a seasoned Senior Architect with expertise in data center projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Project management from start to handover, including tender preparation and detailing. Leading team meetings to resolve technical issues and ensure schedule adherence. Preparing detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Collaborating with junior architects on project tasks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university. At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
