We are looking to add an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing large accounts in the staffing industry. Our operating model is a full desk model to gain experience across account management, relationship management, and candidate acquisition in a 360-recruiter role. Role Description

As an IT Staffing Account Manager, you will be responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. You will coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Description

  1. Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
  3. Identify potential clients in the target market and conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  4. Generate new business by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  5. Farm existing accounts, open doors, and identify new opportunities.
  6. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  7. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  8. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines.
  9. Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
  10. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  11. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  12. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  13. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.

Must Have

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the manpower outsourcing or HR services industry.
  2. In-depth understanding of contracts and key contractual clauses. This is a MUST HAVE.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  5. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  6. Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account.
  7. Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
  8. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
