Job Summary: The Faculty of Business at Liwa College is inviting applications for a Full time Assistant Professor position in Management. The successful candidate is expected to start in Spring 2025 on the Abu Dhabi campus. Responsibilities:

Participate in teaching theoretical and practical courses in Management.
Perform tasks assigned by the Dean of faculty and Head of Department.
Perform related administrative activities.
Keep students informed about their progress through the prompt grading of papers and other work.
Convey College-related information to students in a timely manner as requested by College officials.
Teach and assess students.
Teach all classes according to an approved course syllabus.
Complete course files for each course taught.
Possess a notable track record of teaching and scholarship.
Show great research potential with promising working papers on track to publication in Scopus-indexed journals. Existing publications in top-tier journals are a plus.
Demonstrate excellence in developing and teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Maintain an outstanding record of research and peer-reviewed publications in top-tier analytics, operations, and management journals.
Collaborate on interdisciplinary research as an advantage.
Supervise student projects and dissertations.
Engage in professional and community service.

Requirements:

Ph.D. in Business / Management or related fields (Management Science, Operations Management, Project Management) obtained from a reputable university, preferably an internationally ranked institution that is also accredited by AACSB.
Three or more years of teaching experience in an internationally reputable university, preferably accredited by AACSB.
