Head of Finance - Construction Multinational

MultinationalHead of FinanceSobre o nosso clienteOur client is a multinational company working in the construction sector.DescriçãoManage overall financial transactions and reporting of the business;Track accounting information, such as billing, collections, and tax information;Analyze and reconcile financial reports and identify trends;Manage the end-to-end audit process of financial statements;Lead budgeting and forecasting in coordination with the country General Manager;Conduct risk management analyses to ensure the company has a solid risk framework in operation;Oversee the cash flow of the business and handle cash flow projections;Prepare business activity reports and present them to corporate management;Lead country implementation of ERP together with the Corporate IT Department.Perfil idealAcademic degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or similar;Minimum 6 years of experience in similar professional roles;Expertise in accounting and tax within multinational environments;Fluent in Spanish or English;Previous experience in Big 4 is a plus;Previous experience in construction or real estate sectors is a plus;Strong knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish GAAP as well as IAS/IFRS;Hands-on experience implementing ERPs;Motivated and energetic professional;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach.VantagensExcellent career opportunity.
