Content Administrator | Part-Time | Flexible Contract Role

About Us: The Expert Academy is a leading provider of online courses, with over 190 offerings designed to develop essential business soft skills. Our content empowers professionals worldwide to excel in their careers through impactful and engaging learning experiences. Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. This role involves uploading our course content onto a learning management system (LMS). You will work independently, following initial training, to ensure all course materials are accurately uploaded and organised on the platform.  Key Responsibilities:

• Upload files (including videos, worksheets, quizzes and interactive projects), course descriptions, titles and metadata to the designated LMS platform.
• Ensure all content is accurately formatted and matches the provided guidelines.
• Organise and structure courses logically within the LMS.
• Report progress and flag any issues encountered during the upload process.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of course files and data.

Requirements:

• Access to a high-speed internet connection capable of handling large file uploads and downloads.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Basic proficiency with computers and online platforms (training will be provided).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience with LMS platforms or similar tasks is a plus but not required
