Job Summary As our Quality Manager, you'll be at the forefront of establishing a robust quality strategy that champions excellence and sustainability. You'll lead the charge in cultivating a quality-driven culture, developing cutting-edge systems and tools, and building competent teams that exceed customer expectations. If you have been the lead on ISO audits like 45001 and 9001, we want to hear from you! Your Role and Responsibilities In this dynamic role, you will:

• Lead Quality Strategy : Shape and deploy a comprehensive quality strategy tailored for CTDI Wellingborough. Your visionary leadership will foster a culture of quality that resonates throughout the organisation.
• Drive Continuous Improvement : Utilise a mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, and sustainable solutions to enhance our quality systems. Your quick responses and innovative solutions will set us apart.
• Collaborate for Success : Coordinate with various local functions to influence and innovate quality design and development, driving our organisation toward world-class performance.
• Voice of the Customer : Represent customer interests within local teams, addressing quality issues promptly and effectively. You'll lead your team in root cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure Certification Compliance : Maintain our high standards by ensuring all certification requirements are met, reinforcing our commitment to quality excellence.
• Closed-Loop Quality Cycle : Establish a feedback-driven cycle from product development to customer experience, ensuring we consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
