We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the market landscape and demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Duties
- Door to door canvassing: business to business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using bespoke software on a daily basis.
- Attend and participate in monthly sales meetings.
- Upsell additional services.
- Pre-check all potential customers to ensure they meet our account criteria.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years proven experience in business development or sales roles, within the waste industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
