Pilates - Australian Regional Master Franchisee / Partner Location: Australia, preferably Perth greater metro area Are you a Pilates Rock Star looking for an opportunity? We are looking for our Australian Regional Master Franchisee. Minimum certification required: 10838 NAT Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction Australian resident Our Australia Sports Institute (ASI) Pilates training centres are 6 years established in Türkiye and we are currently expanding into Dubai and Australia. Currently 12 centres in Türkiye, one centre opening in Dubai. Forecast expansion into Middle East, Australia, Asia, and Europe. Türkiye ASI 2023 students: 4038 last 6 months: 2895. Students who took a second or third course are not included in these figures. We have had a 52% repeat client rate in the last year, so the actual numbers are approx 50% higher for the recent year/s. Total participants to date (Last 5 years): 7861 Offering (in house and online): Pilates Trainer Fitness Trainer Personal Training Trainer Athletic Performance Trainer Flying Yoga Trainer Spinning Trainer Other workshops Regional Master Franchisee: Someone who has a gym or is looking to open a gym or fitness training centre with the opportunity of partnering/affiliating with ASI in Australia. Premises: $1000 to $1500 monthly rental support to and set up costs. Equipment: 6-10 reformer machines (depending on applicant’s requirements), half of which will be provided by ASI. Minimum of 6 reformer machines for ASI trainer training purposes. Equipment supplied at cost price (much less expensive than retail rates in Australia) plus ASI will supply two chairs and two barrels at no cost. Projector and white screen provided by ASI. Marketing Material / Branding: Logo and branding materials (soft copies) provided by ASI. Mentorship and Business Support: provided by ASI. Join for free (following Franchisees may pay a small fee). Income: Regional Master Franchisee will retain 100% income of all classes and/or gym memberships (and perhaps other products/services) established and managed by the Regional Master Franchisee themselves. Regional Master Franchisee will retain 60% of income generated through selling ASI trainer training courses (3 - 4-day courses of ascending levels). Opportunities: Recruit Regional Franchisee gaining commission on income generated from ASI trainer training courses sold by your Regional Franchisees. As we expand, you will be presented with opportunities to travel both within Australia and overseas for further training, development, and exposure to opportunities. ASI EXPECTATIONS 1st YEAR: A gym in Australia with a minimum of six reformer machines, two chairs, two barrels (five tower reformer and 1 Cadillac reformer). ASI will run a course every three months in Australia. We expect 10 sales on our certificate program. Have the gym available for the trainer training days (approximately 4 - 5 days every yearly quarter).
