Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development) Full time Head of Home Care As Head of Home Care Services for this Aged Care Provider, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to step into a role with a smaller organisation, where you can be influential in decision-making.You will oversee a small team inclusive of Operations Managers, Care Managers, Case Managers and Support Workers. Services are mostly Sydney based, with a small portfolio in Melbourne.Bringing a strong business acumen, your position will be strategic in nature, guiding profitable growth while maintaining a high standard of care for clients. As such you will require an analytical mindset, a sound understanding of budget management, sales techniques that maintain a positive brand, and a thorough knowledge of Home Care compliance standards. Key Information: Full-time permanent position Monday-Friday. You will be based in Head Office in Sydney (South of the bridge), with occasional (around monthly) travel to Melbourne. Salary to be discussed with individual candidates based on experience and in line with the size of the position. Join an established Aged Care Provider who offer both Residential and Home Care Services. Requirements: Demonstrated success in a senior management position within the home care sector or a related field in Australia. Strong people management skills with demonstrated conflict resolution experience. Outstanding leadership and management abilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams. In-depth knowledge of home care regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong financial management experience, including expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation. Sales acumen is advantageous, or a proven analytical mindset to identify opportunities for business growth. Bachelor's degree or Qualification in a related field is highly regarded.
