Job Description Develop and implement a forward-thinking learning strategy aligned with Lendi Group's mission and values. Leverage adult learning principles and innovative methodologies to deliver multi-modal learning solutions. Lead initiatives to build AI capabilities across the workforce, driving adoption and integration of AI tools. Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of inclusive, engaging learning programs for brokers and team members. Manage and mentor a high-performing Learning & Capability team across Australia and the Philippines. Use data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and refine learning interventions. Collaborate with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and co-create tailored learning solutions. Drive key learning projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Embed Lendi Group's values into all learning initiatives to strengthen the organizational culture. Qualifications Extensive experience in learning and development leadership roles, ideally in fast-paced or technology-driven organisations. Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and delivering multi-modal learning interventions. Proven success in designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning strategies, including upskilling in areas like AI. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a geographically distributed team. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and align diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, cross-functional learning projects on time and within budget - in an agile environment. Familiarity with data-driven approaches to evaluate learning effectiveness and refine programs for continuous improvement.
