Working closely with the CEO and Social Media Manager, you’ll help shape the company’s future by leading and executing impactful marketing strategies. As the first in-house Digital Marketing Manager, this is a unique opportunity to play a key role at the onset of a new phase of rapid growth and to develop a digital marketing strategy driven by your vision and expertise. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy
- Collaborate with the CEO to design and refine a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business and product objectives.
- Work closely with the UX/UI Designer and Social Media Manager to maintain a consistent and cohesive brand experience across all platforms.
- Create and implement content strategies to drive organic traffic and engagement for both the Indy.auction software and The Auction Collective marketing platform.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for improved search engine performance.
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Strategize, launch, and monitor pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and achieve conversions.
- Develop and manage an email marketing strategy, including targeted campaigns, newsletters, and automated drip sequences to convert leads.
- Oversee AI-driven outreach and cold outreach initiatives for lead generation.
- Identify and execute lead-generation activities such as demo auctions, webinars, downloadable content, launch lists, and newsletters.
- Partner with the sales and product teams to enhance and expand lead acquisition funnels.
- Research, onboard, and manage relationships with digital marketing agencies.
- Coordinate campaign implementation and performance tracking to ensure maximum ROI.
- Develop strategic placement opportunities, such as features in industry lists or listing sites (e.g., “Top 10 Auction Software”).
- Negotiate partnerships that extend our reach within target sectors.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct A/B testing, track key KPIs, and generate performance reports to inform and optimize strategies.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in the tech, B2B, auction, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong expertise in SEO, content marketing, and email marketing best practices.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation activities and optimizing sales funnels.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, PPC platforms, email marketing software, Hubspot, and Lemlist.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills to assess and improve campaign performance.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a diverse workload with competing tasks and deadlines.
