- Highly proficient in PreContract & Post Contract Quantity Surveying including Cost Estimates Commercial Management Variation & Claims Management Monitoring Project Budgets
- Develop cost plans and project capital estimates through the design phase delivering updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones.
- Prepare cost reports and estimate packages and regularly present to stakeholders.
- Provide commercial input to design optioneering and input into value engineering exercises.
- Delivering quality work and positioning for new opportunities
- Work proactively with minimal supervision
- With Defence clearance or Australian Citizenship as minimum
- Quantity Surveying or related degree
- >5 years experience
- AIQS or RICS member is ideal but not essential.
- Experience in CostX is preferred.
- Demonstrates excellent presentation verbal written and communication skills.
- Experience preparing Cost Management estimates and reports.
- Experience with advising clients on value management and value engineering.
- Experience with key aspects of business development.
- Good organization skills ability to multitask and be a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Drive to be proactive and selfmotivated.
- Ability to develop good working relationships with project teams.
- Leadership skills ability to manage juniors in team
