- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or minimum Diploma in Secretarial Practice or equivalent .
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Good time management, driven to get job done & proactive in identifying & highlighting urgent issues.
- Matured, motivated and able to work independently.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as on-job training will be provided.
- Provide efficient day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Director's office.
- Handle all secretarial duties including making appointments, travel and accommodation arrangements e.g. visa application, flight and hotel reservations, arranging and coordinating business schedules/events and social functions.
- Arrange and schedule meetings and appointments, prepare minutes of meetings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and guests at all times.
- Handle multitasking jobs and work under pressure. Work independently with minimum supervision.
- Undertake special assignments and ad hoc duties as necessary.
