Revenue Analyst Fix Term

• Analyze market trends demand patterns and competitor behaviour to develop effective revenue strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align pricing and promotional efforts.
• Utilize datadriven insights to maximize occupancy ADR and RevPAR.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports highlighting revenue performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in revenue management.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in Front Office or Reservations is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detailoriented mindset with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
