Job Description: We are seeking a Strategic Sourcer to join our Global Recruitment team, focusing on sourcing top-tier talent for our Technology (SaaS Product/R&D) teams. In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting skilled candidates for positions related to our SaaS product development, engineering, and research & development functions. You will collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand the specific requirements of our technology teams and ensure we are attracting the best talent in the industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing candidates for technology and R&D roles, particularly in SaaS product environments, and a proven ability to manage a high volume of recruitment needs across multiple technical disciplines. Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing for Technology & R&D Roles : Proactively source candidates for a variety of technical positions including software engineers, product managers, R&D specialists, DevOps, QA engineers, and other related roles within SaaS product development and R&D functions.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment leads to understand the needs of each role, providing strategic guidance on sourcing plans and candidate pipelines. Help define job descriptions and candidate profiles to ensure alignment with team and organizational goals.
• Candidate Engagement : Build strong relationships with passive candidates and engage them through personalized outreach. Maintain consistent communication to provide an exceptional candidate experience and encourage interest in Hexnode as an employer of choice.
• Global Talent Mapping : Conduct global talent mapping to identify and target high-potential candidates, particularly for key SaaS R&D roles in competitive markets. Stay informed on emerging trends and the competitive landscape in SaaS and technology recruitment.
• Diversity & Inclusion : Champion diversity and inclusion in recruitment by ensuring that sourcing strategies are diverse and inclusive, ensuring Hexnode attracts a wide range of candidates from different backgrounds.
• Employer Branding : Promote Hexnode’s employer brand in the tech and SaaS ecosystem, ensuring potential candidates understand our mission, values, and culture. Share Hexnode’s innovative and cutting-edge approach to enterprise software and cybersecurity.
• Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring that high-quality candidates are ready when recruitment opportunities arise.
• Data-Driven Insights & Reporting : Track and measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, providing regular updates on key metrics such as candidate quality, time-to-fill, and pipeline progress. Use insights to adjust and improve future sourcing efforts.
• Market Intelligence : Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends in the technology and SaaS recruitment space, providing input to the broader talent acquisition strategy and informing competitive hiring practices.

• Experience : 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with specific expertise in sourcing for technology, SaaS product development, or R&D roles.
• Technical Understanding : Solid understanding of SaaS products, R&D functions, and the key roles involved in developing and delivering enterprise software solutions.
• Sourcing Expertise : Proficient in using a variety of sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and CRM systems. Familiarity with niche tools and platforms for sourcing technical candidates is a plus.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical candidates and hiring managers. You must be able to translate technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Global Mindset : Experience recruiting talent across multiple regions, with a focus on global sourcing practices and an understanding of regional hiring dynamics.
• Results-Oriented : Ability to manage high-volume recruitment efforts while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability : Ability to think critically and problem-solve, particularly in situations where sourcing challenges arise. Flexibility in adapting sourcing strategies to meet changing hiring demands.

• Experience recruiting for software engineering, product management, DevOps, or R&D roles in the SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software sectors.
• Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies and tools.
• Knowledge of industry-specific technologies, including cloud computing, AI/ML, and data analytics.
