Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and quotations.
- Coordinate and prepare tender submissions, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
- Conduct research to identify potential tenders and bid opportunities relevant to the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information for tender documentation.
- Monitor tender portals and maintain a calendar of tender deadlines.
- Assist in customer relationship management by handling inquiries and providing follow-ups.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights to aid decision-making.
- Proven experience in a similar sales administrative role, preferably within the logistics or courier industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of tenders and tender processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
