Responsibilities:
Analyze customer-specific, market, and consumer data to create actionable business recommendations.
Implement predefined commercial arrangements to meet business needs, focusing on:
Technical assistance
Category management and analysis
Performance tracking and reporting
Data collection and processing
Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) assessments
Continuous improvement initiatives
Provide internal and external customer service.
Adhere to SHERQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, Quality) standards.
Manage planning, reporting, and project coordination involving stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric).
Certificate (NQF Level 5, 1 year) in Supply Chain Management, Financial Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Law.
Qualified Artisan with N4 Engineering Studies.
Recommended: National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain Management, Financial Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Law.
Minimum of two (2) years of operational experience in a technical environment.
Minimum of three (3) years in technical data analysis, including root cause analysis.
Total of five (5) years of operational experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite:
Basic: Word, JD Edwards
Intermediate: PowerPoint
Advanced: Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
Relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.
Project management, including planning, coordination, and budget oversight.
Technical knowledge of engineering, production processes, and mining operations.
