We have also made strategic acquisitions to strengthen our portfolio – BBlunt (Products and services), Dr Sheth's (dermatologist formulated skincare brand). Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing product listing across all commerce platforms like Nykaa, Myntra, Purplle and other Quick-Commerce channels etc.
  • Owning up the responsibility to manage vertical channels and drive strong growth and shares by driving the brand presence for Honasa brands.
  • Responsible for business planning and sales forecasting for the channels for the entire year.
  • Build, manage and develop long term relationships with E-com partners and leading the contact matrix.
  • Develop plan, KPI and goals for each of the e-commerce partner basis their business strategy, strengths and opportunities.
  • Planning marketing spend within each channel and make recommendations on improving ROI.
  • Analyzing market trends and work closely with cross functional teams (marketing, sales strategy, Supply chain, NPD) for business growth.
  • Lead & negotiate the Joint business planning (JBPs) & TOTs with the E-Com partners along with improving topline & bottom line (PnL) for the organization.
  • Manage basic & rich content across listings
  • Drive hygiene levels like title optimization, keywords & reviews to drive sales
  • Manage campaigns to drive business
  • Accountable for e-commerce business across partner platforms
Qualification:
  • 3+ years of e-commerce work experience
  • Minimum educational qualification - graduation
