Based on statistics shown in LinkedIn, we’ve grown 200% despite the pandemic. You’ll be: Managing, mentoring, and coaching our passionate Fundraisers to meet fundraising goals for our clients. Working closely with Team Leaders to ensure that they meet all KPIs around signup volumes, event cost per donor, approval rates, retention rates, and average age, while motivating, performance managing, developing, and progressing our staff. Leading from the front and ensuring you are ready to go to the ground to remain finely attuned to the team and able to solve problems quickly. Analyzing and monitoring event performance and providing monthly updates to senior management on CPA (cost per acquisition) and CPS (cost per shift). Working closely with our support team in Human Resources to ensure the performance management process is followed properly, conducting weekly meetings with the Event team to update on event planning and review results, and discussing improvements to event strategy. Providing forecasts to the recruitment team of manpower requirements based on attrition rates of staff and leader availability to support team growth. Requirements: At least 1-3 years of experience in face-to-face fundraising with hands-on experience. A leader who can lead from the front and is willing to dedicate significant face time to our teams, working in the field to build trust and diagnose problems and solutions based on observation and experience. A fierce work ethic and inspirational leadership style that can motivate our team to greatness every day. Demonstrable work experience in a modern high-performance fundraising environment, with a proven track record of success and growth. Rigorous and critical thinker, able to ask probing questions and drive toward solutions quickly. Strong interpersonal skills.
