Candidate Technologist - Highways

AECOM is actively seeking highly talented and motivated  Candidate TEchnologist   Highways for employment based at their South African offices. The candidates will have the opportunity to work with a talented group on Highways related projects including freeways Highways Provincial/ Sate Routes as well as Local Municipal Roads/Streets.  The ideal candidate will be responsible and able to learn quickly on the job.  Technical Excellence:

• Assist with preliminary and detailed designs including specifications and general alignment drawings preparation of mater plans and feasibility reports
• Assist with standard setting and quality insurance including undertaking of site inspections and construction supervision
• Prepare procurement documents and BOQs
• Liaise with professional team client and contractors in dealing with matters arising
• Assist in client/third party correspondence handled according to situation
• Complete any other work related to projects within the department
• Uses computer software as a tool for solving fundamental engineering problems. 

Qualifications : Minimum Requirements

• 3 Years experience after obtainment of Qualification
• BTech or Advanced Diploma and registered as a Candidate Technologist with ECSA
