Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Projects Delivery Manager to join their growing engineering organisation. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering complex engineering programs that contribute significantly to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee all aspects of program delivery, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges that may impact project success.
- Monitor and track program progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering delivery processes and methodologies.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in engineering delivery or program management roles.
- Proven experience managing complex programs with extensive budgets.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe ) and experience implementing them successfully.
- Experience working with Cloud -based technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
