Sales Supervisor - Projects & Key Accounts - Lighting

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Visit key accounts – Government, semi-Government companies, and large-scale private sector companies to create product awareness and generate sales.
  2. Responsible for the lighting team as the sole distributor for our company to achieve departmental/company targets.
  3. Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of sales engineers to achieve team objectives, assessing their performance and fine-tuning as necessary.
  4. Gather information on all upcoming projects in Qatar, including main contractors, project managers, and light fitting assemblers, and compile this information as a data source.
  5. Visit consultants to obtain information on products specified for upcoming projects.
  6. Visit MEP contractors, consultants, OEMs, and project managers to present technical information in order to generate orders.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Experience of 2-3 years in a similar position as a sales supervisor is a must.
  2. Background in the electrical sales market, particularly in the local region.
  3. Supervisory skills and excellent customer service ability.
  4. Fluent communication in English, both written and spoken; Arabic is a plus.
  5. Good PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
COMPENSATION:
  1. Basic Salary: 8,000-9,500 QRS
  2. House Allowance: 3,600 QRS (Single) or 4,800 QRS if Married or company-provided accommodation
  3. Car Allowance: 1,250 QRS
  4. Mobile: 300 QRS
  5. Petrol: 300 QRS
