Centre Manager

Our current Centre Manager is moving to Auckland (within the company) to take up a new role towards the end of the year. The following skills, knowledge and capabilities are ideally required for this role:

• An inspirational leader with an innate ability to further develop & lead a team to deliver best practice childcare services.
• BEd / Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration / certification
• Outstanding time management and organisational skills
• Superb communication skills
• Previous leadership experience is a must.
• Initiative, desire and passion for quality practice standards and commitment to the principles of Te Whariki
• Familiarity with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of Ethics
• A comprehensive understanding of how to maintain and grow occupancy levels
