We are looking for a passionate and self-driven individual to join our Insurance Operations Team (Regional). In this role, you will act as an important liaison between Insurance advisors, insurer providers, and regional colleagues. The main function of this position includes the following: Responsibilities
- Handling the documentation and submission of new insurance business.
- Handling enquiries from Insurance Advisors.
- Comfortable with liaising with external counterparties pertaining to client’s policy administration.
- Handling day-to-day tracking of insurance submission status.
- Processing of monthly commission reports.
- Quality control and system improvement.
- Project testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Assisting Team Manager in ad-hoc duties.
- Diploma/Degree in Banking & Finance/Business Administration.
- A good team player who can work independently and diligently.
- Meticulous and enjoys working with documents.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication and team building skills.
- Competent with MS Excel and Word.
- Preferably has some experience in Insurance operation.
