Key Responsibilities: 1. Teaching & Training
- Deliver engaging and hands-on lessons on data analytics concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Guide students through practical projects that simulate real-world data challenges.
- Explain complex concepts in an accessible and relatable way to diverse learners.
- Design and update course materials, including lesson plans, slides, assignments, and projects.
- Incorporate industry best practices and the latest technologies into the curriculum.
- Ensure learning objectives align with current job market demands.
- Provide personalized feedback and support to students, fostering their development.
- Monitor student progress and offer tailored guidance to help them overcome challenges.
- Encourage collaboration and teamwork through group exercises and discussions.
- Develop and grade assessments to evaluate student understanding.
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and achievements.
- Suggest improvements to instructional strategies based on feedback and results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and tools, such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with other instructors and industry professionals to enhance course offerings.
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in data analytics or related roles.
- Proficiency in key tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience teaching or mentoring individuals, preferably in a classroom or online setting.
- Passion for education and a desire to inspire learners to achieve their career goals.
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts.
- Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools.
- Ability to manage hybrid learning environments (in-person and online).
